The person in this role will sit in our Denver, CO office. In this position, you will drive, coach, motivate, and support a team of customer relations specialists who spend their days on the phone, making connections, problem solving, and providing information to all of our program participants. This team is responsible for knowing everything about all aspects of our program. They network and assist all other departments of our organization and play an integral role in ensuring that the quality, feel, and overall service of our organization is top notch and consistent for all.
